Customs clearance
Documentation preparation and submission for UAE customs clearance, including HS code classification, duty calculation, and coordination with the customs broker to release goods.
Warehousing
Warehouse storage with SKU-level receiving, barcode labelling, bin allocation, cycle counting, and real-time inventory updates synced to the backend system.
Fulfilment
Order fulfilment covering pick, pack, and dispatch. Each completed order triggers an automatic stock deduction and tracking number assignment across all connected sales channels.
Last-mile and cross-border delivery
Last-mile delivery across the UAE and cross-border shipping to GCC countries. Includes tracking integration, proof of delivery, and failed delivery attempt management.
Returns and restocking
